Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, here’s what to expect in terms of delivery times and costs:

As a small, made-to-order business, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1 week.  However, these are estimates and your order may arrive sooner.

 

UK & Channel Islands

• Express Shipping: £3.99

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £30 

• Free collection from Pembroke, Wales.

• Delivery Time: Please allow 1–2 working days once dispatched

• All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 24hr First Class with tracking provided.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Coco and Stitch piece! If your item arrives with a fault or defect, we’re happy to accept a return within 14 days of delivery.

• Customised items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for personalised pieces.

• Refunds: Issued only for faulty items.
